About Ewa
Ewa is a Birmingham graduate and practising dentist, with 38 years’ experience of running a high-quality dental practice in Stroud. Through becoming the 1st dental practice to achieve Investor in People, Ewa learned that success both in dentistry and in business was about helping the people around her to be the best they could be. With this philosophy, her practice went on to win many industry awards for teamwork and preventive dentistry for adults and children.
She has been involved in innovative dental projects with Denplan, Renishaw and Inspektor Research Systems. She is currently a Denplan Advisor and is working with the SimplyHealth dental professional board, looking at the strategic development of the Denplan Excel quality assurance programme. She is also a judge on the prestigious Dental awards!
Ewa is a professionally trained coach, mentor and practice assessor. She uses her experience and enthusiasm to inspire dentists to achieve their dreams both in their business and professional lives.
She is married to an exceptionally tolerant husband, and has two children: Aleksandra, who is also a dentist, and Pawel, who is a doctor.
